Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within Australia. We use Australia Post
and can ship anywhere Australia wide. Please email us at admin@thecahlicollective.com.au if you have international shipping enquiries and we will see what we can do for you!

How much does shipping cost?

ALL ORDERS OVER $100 COME WITH FREE REGULAR TRACKED SHIPPING!

Regular Tracked Shipping: $6

Express Tracked Shipping: $15

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship your product within 1-2 days of receiving your order. After this you will receive an Australia Post tracking number to track your goods on their way to you!

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

If you’ve placed in the wrong address, please email admin@thecahlicollective.com.au
within 24 hours and we will try our best to catch it before it is handed over to AusPost.

I’ve already ordered, can I cancel or change my order?

Please email admin@thecahlicollective.com.au
within 24 hours of ordering. We will try our best to catch it before it is
processed to make changes to your order.

What is the status of my order?

We use Australia Post to process your shipping, once we have
handed over to them, you should get a notification that it is being sent.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all card payments, PayPal and Afterpay !

What is your Return & Refund Policy?

We are committed to ensuring you, and your best friend love your purchased product! We are lucky that all our products are currently silicone and tend to travel well. However, in the unlikely event it is damaged on arrival please email us within 10 days of receiving your package at admin@thecahlicollective.com.au. We ask that you please refrain from using the damaged product and send back unused.

Unfortunately we currently do not refund any products due to a change of mind nor do we offer a refund if you have missed a discount code.
